Last week the City of Redondo Beach released a second market study about The Waterfront project. Completed by the consulting firm AECOM, this impartial and independent study evaluated a number of different factors surrounding The Waterfront’s market performance, including comparable developments of similar quality and size as well as the proposed amount of square footage and mix of uses, in order to determine whether the completed project would perform well in the market.

What an action-packed, sports-filled weekend we just had! Not only was itSuper Bowl Sunday, but Sunday morning was the 37th annual Redondo Beach Super Bowl Sunday 10K/5K/Walk. So before hitting the couch and eating those infamous Super Bowl snacks, more than 8000 of us got up early, got active and had a terrific time down at the waterfront on a perfect Sunday morning—no rain this year!
